ICAO DOC 9997 – Performance Based Navigation (PBN) Operational Approval Manual
This document provides important safety-related guidance on the operational approval process, in the context of performance-based navigation (PBN). It provides the appropriate level of oversight for all PBN operations, in an environment where there are currently many variables affecting State regulatory requirements including related equipment, engineering and operational issues. It is intended primarily for flight operations inspectors and others involved in the regulation and approval of PBN operations.
