International Shipping

AFE use a variety of delivery companies for international orders including postal services, UPS, DHL, FedEx etc. All our carriage charges are competitive and proportionate and are calculated during your order process based on order value and destination country.

We offer a truly global delivery service, and every year we dispatch goods to more than 100 countries worldwide. If you prefer the use of a specific delivery service or company, or would like a quote before order dispatch, please inform us at the time of placing your order or enquiry. As a guide, our overseas carriage rates start from the prices shown below:

For non-UK deliveries, an insurance cover charge of £2.95 will be added to orders in excess of £75 value for comprehensive insurance. Claims must be received within 45 days of goods dispatch.

Note on US tariff charges

Products ordered for delivery to the United States of America will be subject to the US tariff import rate applicable at the time of order, which for the United Kingdom is currently set at 10%. This rate is applied at checkout and removes the requirement for the buyer to pay the tariff rate at point of import, which is instead paid direct to US Customs by the courier company used by AFE. FAQs

How quickly will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary by country, for example estimated delivery time to Europe is 3-5 working days; delivery times to the rest of the world can be longer.

Will my order need to be signed for when it arrives?
As standard, all orders over £100 value must be signed for upon receipt. If the delivery company calls when you are not present to accept delivery, they should leave a card so you can contact them to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time.

How can I track my order?
When an order is sent on a tracking service (generally all orders over £100 value) you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order online.

Does the calculated international shipping cost always apply?
Not always! The almost limitless number of variables in worldwide delivery including delivery region and country; order value, type of product, customs requirements etc. mean that from time-to-time, we may need to adjust shipping costs. If this happens, we will advise you of the adjusted cost before shipping to confirm your agreement.
