ICAO Doc 9992 – Manual on the Use of Performance-based Navigation (PBN) in Airspace Design
This manual explains how to utilize Performance-based Navigation (PBN) in developing an airspace concept through a step-by-step process. It should be used by airspace designers and other stakeholders involved in the design process (regulators, airlines, procedures designers, military, airport operators, etc.) in order to appropriately apply PBN concepts and thus maximize the capacity and efficient use of the airspace.
