ICAO DOC 9953 – Report of the Independent Experts to CAEP/8 on the Second NOx Review and the Establishment of Medium and Long Term Technology Goals for NOx.
Further to the 2006 first Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) Review (Doc 9887), the report by the panel of external Independent Experts (IEs) selected by CAEP records the key findings of the second Review conducted in March 2009 in London, UK. It also contains the medium- and long-term goals for reduction of NOx recommended by the IE panel.
