ICAO DOC 9873 Manual on the Quality Management System for the Provision of Meteorological Service to International Air Navigation Ed 2, 2010.
The manual provides guidance on the application of the requirements related to the establishment and implementation of a quality system for meteorological service for international air navigation as stipulated in Annex 3 — Meteorological Service for International Air Navigation. The manual is intended to assist States in setting up and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system based on the provisions of the International Standards Organization. To this end the manual contains examples of the necessary documentation and additional guidance derived from States that have implemented such quality management systems.
