ICAO DOC 9817 Manual on Low-level Wind Shear Ed 2
This manual provides guidance on the application of the provisions related to wind shear detection, reporting and warnings given in Annex 3 – Meteorological Service for International Air Navigation. It also contains information on recent technical developments and research, including advances in the development of equipment to detect and warn of wind shear, both ground-based and airborne.
