ICAO DOC 9806 Human Factors Guidelines for Safety Audits Manual Ed 1
This manual provides the ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme auditors, Contracting States and auditors in particular specialities with standard procedures for the conduct of safety oversights audits, with respect to those factors dealing with human performance. It is also designed to assist States in the evaluation of the implementation of Human Factors requirements in ICAO Annexes.
