ICAO DOC 9318 Protocol Relating to an Amendment to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Article 83 bis)
The subject of this Protocol is the transfer of certain safety-related functions and duties from the State of Registry to the State of the Operator in case of lease, charter or interchange of aircraft.
