ICAO DOC 10044 – Manual on the Aeronautical Mobile Communications Systems (AeroMACS)
The purpose of this manual is:
a) to provide guidance on the implementation and management of a mobile airport communications system (AeroMACS); and
b) to specify technical specifications for AeroMACS to ensure compliance with the requirements of the AeroMACS-related Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) (Annex 10 — Aeronautical Telecommunications, Volume III — Communication Systems, Chapter 7) and achieve global interoperability.
