ICAO Circular 363 – Guidelines for Building Resilience in Cabin Operations
A disruption event requires a continuous cyclical assessment and review process. This circular highlights the importance of maintaining the aviation network operational during a disruption event and encourages early collaboration amongst stakeholders. This proactivity will promote a consistent and harmonized approach to responding to a disruption event. The purpose of this circular is to support the aviation community to understand the impact of a disruption event; foster the operator’s immediate response; ensure operational continuity; foster resilience in the aviation industry; and implement an ongoing process to review the challenges encountered and evaluate the measures undertaken to address them.
